Northern Indiana - Fall, Stars and Starlink
We arrived in Northern Indiana this weekend. We traveled up to Indiana in order to get our rig worked on at “Amish Family RV” in Topeka, IN. When it comes to repairs for Cedar Creek 5th wheels, Orvan and his team are the best in the business. People come travel from all over the country to have their rigs worked on.
Fall has arrived here in the northern part of the country and the weather is actually quite mild. The fall leaves are at their peak and of course that leads to more photo opportunities. After getting the rig setup, I grabbed the Canon 5Dsr and headed out into the campground to grab a few images. The Angola KOA sits right at the edge of Hogback lake and is very nice. The top of the campground has a wide open view of the sky and is served by an available StarLink cell, which is an added bonus. After being in the Nashville area for the last 45 days, it was nice to finally see the night sky again.
There is something very magical about the fall and its no wonder that this is a favorite time of year for photographers.
All of these images were shot with the Canon 5Dsr with the Canon 24-105 f4 L.
